High quality repairs, great communication, and fair prices. This is the only shop that I bring my cars to. You provide them with any issues you might be having and they will research them provide you with courses of actions as well as urgency. They go above and beyond to set you up for future success as well. I was low on AC refrigerant so they performed a vacuum test and included some die when they refilled it to make sure if there was a slow leak that was not detected during their testing it could be identified in the future during regular maintenance. Rich does a great job confirming ALL work they are going to do up front along with a cost. In addition, he also explains what everything means in a way that most people would be able to understand and explains the value/impact of the work they are doing. I love that they schedule the appointments and regardless of the work I am getting done on the car they have always had the car fixed the same day. They are usually able to get me in within a few days and I've never had them cancel on me or push back my appointment. Great shop with great people working there, I will be a customer for life! Thank you for making sure me and my f

TL;DR - Honest, superior service. Great choice. Manager Rich is a gem. I came across this shop when our family car had an issue right before memorial Day weekend. CNS was the only spot with availability to look it over. They diagnosed quickly, fixed our immediate issue, and mentioned a minor water pump leak . To be frank, I was skeptical at first. Months later, I had further issues and called CNS back. I mentioned it might be an issue with their previous repair, and they were happy to look it over and mentioned that they warranty their work. Still skeptical, I got a second opinion from the manufacturer dealership that confirmed CNS' original diagnoses, but at a significantly higher cost. I ended up taking it back to CNS and then performed a major repair quickly and efficiently. Their manager, Rich, is as professional and polite as they come. I can't recommend this place enough. Polite, professional, honest and very reasonably priced. Simply our, bring your car here.

My experience was very different from the others I read here. I had 4 pads, 4 rotors, and 2 calipers replaced. Got my car back with a brake pedal that barely functioned and a parking brake that didn't function. They hadn't bled the lines or readjusted the parking brake correctly. The person I dealt with was very courteous and they did get it done correctly after i dropped it off the following day. But there's no room for negligence with a safety feature like brakes in my mind.

CNS Automotive is hands-down the best shop I’ve ever dealt with! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and respect. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. They’re not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly fair. I never feel pressured or upsold—just honest advice and excellent service every time. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but CNS Automotive is exactly that. If you’re looking for a team that’s reliable, kind, and puts your needs first, this is the place to go. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality automotive care!
